Ingredients

3/4 pound flank steak

1 ½ tablespoons sake

1 tablespoon brown miso paste

1 teaspoon honey

2 garlic cloves, pressed

1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

Place all the ingredients in a sealable food bag; shake until completely coated and place in your refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Then, spritz the steak with a non-stick cooking spray; make sure to coat on all sides. Place the steak in the Air Fryer baking pan.

Set your Air Fryer to cook at 400 degrees F. Roast for 12 minutes, flipping twice. Let cool completely.

Storing

Cut flank steak into four pieces; divide the pieces between four airtight containers; keep in your refrigerator for up to 3 to 4 days.

For freezing, place flank steak in airtight containers or heavy-duty freezer bags. Freeze up to 2 to 3 months. Defrost in the refrigerator. Bon appétit!
